Programs

Bringing customized programs built on Silicon Valley insights, lessons, and experiences from 40+ years of collective expertise. Each Program covers a crucial area of an organization’s growth and management. The structure, content, and delivery for all Programs reflect our ethos of empowering a global audience of entrepreneurs and changemakers with the right combination of strategy, tactics, and empathy.

Approach

Our work with clients anchors on three conceptual pillars. Every session, workshop, webinar, and introduction we engage in will be sure to reflect our thinking across these three pillars.

Strategy

Our focus on strategy ensures a consistent birds-eye view of an organization’s past, present, and future. Understanding and planning for the ‘why’, ‘what’, and ‘when’ behind every decision ensures the organization’s actions are deliberate, methodical, adjustable, and scalable. The world is full of lessons in strategy for those willing to learn.

Tactics

If strategy ensures a bird’s eye view, tactics ensure the right steps on the ground. Tactics represent the ‘how’ of all activities within an organization. Be it in entrepreneurship, cross-border negotiations, company culture, or competitive positioning, how to conduct a process or a decision can make the difference between a win or a loss. Strategy without execution is as incomplete as execution is without strategy.

Empathy

We believe that as humans, we are best positioned in life when pursuing a philosophy of constant learning. Whether you are 18 or 80, it is never too late to learn, adapt, change, and grow. However, change is hard, and often counterintuitive to the risk-mitigation mindsets of our species. Empathy ensures that everyone feels recognized, appreciated, and encouraged to pursue a life of constant change and learning. Leaders, students, older workers, colleagues, underrepresented minorities, vendors, and customers, all deserve and desire an empathetic touch. If change is a catalyst for progress, then empathy is the catalyst for change.
